Security and Privacy

The ability to access your Exchange mailbox from a public computer or Internet kiosk can be very useful if you do a lot of traveling. However, using public-access computers can sometimes put the privacy of your data, your identity, and even your security credentials at risk. If you need to use Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access outside your home or office, you can take a few simple precautions to help protect your data and ensure your privacy.

Outlook Web Access can also help you manage the junk e-mail messages you receive and block links to external content ("Web beacons") that can alert junk e-mail senders to your presence and make you the target of even more junk e-mail messages.
